Maghrib
--The sunset prayer is the intersection of yesterday, today, and tomorrow. It is the story of reunion, comprising the full range of creation, life, death, and return.
Isha'a
We pray at night before surrendering to sleep--to that which is our daily rehearsal for the mystery of Timelessness.
Fajr
As the birds begin to wake, we give up the warmth and comfort of our beds to pray the dawn prayer. We come to prayer. We come to felicity. Prayer is better than sleep.
Dhuhr
In the Middle of the day, we leave our trades behind and again touch our heads to the carpet in prayer.
Asr
As afternoon's shadows lengthen, we pray in gratitude for the mystery of our creation, and all its blessings.
